Coffee and a welcome
Order at the bar, find the Zoco table. Leonie says hello and tells you who is who. No badges, no sign-in sheet.
Everyone's minute
Round the table, each person says who they are, what they do and who they would like to meet. Listen the first time if you would rather.
The conversations that matter
Time to talk properly to the two or three people you want to follow up with. Most of the business happens here, and in the 1-2-1s afterwards.
